1. Our Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wheelietravel.com (the "Website") and hotel bookings made through the Website. By using the Website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

• Hotel and room information, including accessibility information
• Live availability, prices, cancellation terms, and booking through Nuitee Connect
• Booking confirmation, status information, recovery, and customer support

2. Accessibility and Hotel Information

We work to keep accessibility, hotel, room, and facility information accurate, but hotels and other suppliers provide some of this information and conditions can change.

Before travelling, we strongly recommend:

• Confirming the accessibility features that are essential to you directly with the hotel
• Asking specific questions about entrances, lifts, beds, bathrooms, and transfers
• Keeping written confirmation of accessibility arrangements from the hotel

wheelietravel is not responsible for differences between published information and actual hotel conditions unless liability cannot be excluded by law.

3. Bookings and Nuitee

Hotel bookings and payments are processed through Nuitee Connect, a service operated by Nuitee Travel Limited. Nuitee is the booking provider and merchant of record, while the hotel provides the accommodation.

• Availability, price, taxes, fees, room, board, and cancellation terms are checked again before payment
• The booking-specific terms shown at checkout form part of your booking
• You must provide complete and accurate details for the person making the booking and all guests
• A booking is confirmed only after Nuitee confirms it and issues a booking reference

A successful payment or payment authorisation does not by itself confirm the hotel booking. If the outcome is unclear, do not pay again. Contact wheelietravel support with your checkout reference.

4. Prices and Payment

The checkout shows the booking currency, total price, included taxes and fees, and charges payable at the hotel. Payment is collected through Nuitee's hosted payment interface and its payment providers. wheelietravel does not receive your full card number or security code. Nuitee Travel Limited may appear on your payment statement.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

The cancellation policy shown for your selected rate determines whether changes or cancellations are allowed and what charges apply.

• Non-refundable rates may remain fully chargeable after cancellation
• Refundable rates may become partly or fully chargeable after the stated deadline
• Changes depend on availability and may require cancellation, rebooking, or a different price
• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, and bank processing times vary

6. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate booking information, comply with hotel rules, carry required identification and travel documents, and use the Website lawfully. You must not misuse, disrupt, scrape, copy, or attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wheelietravel is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate supplier information, hotel acts or omissions, travel disruption, events outside our reasonable control, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. German law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you in your country of residence.
