- Language, currency, nationality, cookie-consent, and display preferences
- Hotel, room, rate, price, tax, cancellation, prebooking, payment-reference, and booking-status information

- Provide hotel information, live rates, checkout, bookings, confirmations, and customer support
- Send booking details to Nuitee and the accommodation providers involved in your stay
- Process cancellations, refunds, payment holds, disputes, and booking recovery
- Prevent fraud, secure the website, diagnose errors, and enforce our terms
- Measure and improve the website when you have accepted analytics
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and local storage for:
- Essential functions, security, and short-lived checkout sessions
- Language, currency, nationality, and display preferences
- Analytics after you accept analytics cookies

4. Nuitee, Payments, and Other Recipients
We share information only as needed to provide and protect the service. Recipients include:
- Nuitee Travel Limited, through Nuitee Connect services powered by LiteAPI, for live rates, prebooking, booking, payment, cancellation, refund, and support
- Nuitee's payment providers, including its hosted Stripe payment interface. Card numbers and security codes go directly to the payment interface and are not received by wheelietravel
- Hotels and accommodation suppliers that need guest and stay details to provide the booked service
- Cloudflare, Sentry, Resend, Google Analytics after consent, and other providers that host, secure, monitor, communicate, or analyse the service
5. Sharing and International Processing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only for the purposes described in this statement.
- Service providers and booking partners that need it to perform their services
- Authorities, courts, advisers, or insurers when required by law or needed to protect legal rights
- Recipients in other countries, using the protections required by applicable data-protection law
