Paris Las Vegas is on the Centre Strip across Las Vegas Boulevard from the Bellagio. The Deuce and the SDX both stop directly in front, and both buses are low-floor and lift-equipped. From either bus stop, the casino front entrance is step-free at one level.

The closest Monorail stop is Horseshoe and Paris, which has a step-free corridor connecting the Monorail platform to the Paris casino floor without leaving the building. The Eiffel Tower Experience desk is signposted from the casino floor near the tower's base.

The ticket desk sells daytime and evening tickets; the evening ticket usually costs more because it covers the post-sunset Strip view. Tickets are timed but allow re-entry within the day in some configurations; ask at the desk if you want both a sunset and an after-dark visit.

The queue for the glass elevator is on the casino floor and accommodates wheelchairs without difficulty. Security screening is light. Staff hold the elevator briefly so wheelchair users can board level with the cabin floor.

The deck rings the tower at 460 feet, open-air with railings. The floor is level and wide enough to roll around the full circumference. The deck holds up to 96 people at a time, which the operator manages by capping ticket sales per slot.

The view spans the Bellagio Fountains directly opposite (best free angle on the show besides the sidewalk), the Centre Strip from Caesars Palace to MGM Grand, the STRAT tower to the north at the top of the Strip, and the desert mountain ranges in every direction. Coin-operated viewfinder telescopes are mounted at a height usable from a wheelchair.

Time the visit for the Bellagio Fountains show across the Strip, the half-hourly shows are visible from the deck and the view from 460 feet at sunset is among the best free-adjacent angles on the Strip.

Wind picks up on the deck after sunset and in winter; bring a light jacket even when ground-floor temperatures are mild. The deck is open-air, so a hot Strip afternoon (Las Vegas regularly exceeds 100F in summer) is felt fully up there too. Service dogs are welcome.
