Getting there

The Bellagio sits on the Centre Strip at Las Vegas Boulevard South and Flamingo Road. The Deuce and the SDX both stop on the Strip directly in front, and both buses are low-floor and lift-equipped.

The Monorail does not have a Bellagio station; the closest Monorail stop is Flamingo and Caesars Palace, a step-free walk over the pedestrian footbridge across the Strip. From the porte-cochere, the lobby is step-free and the Conservatory is signposted from the lobby's south side.

Watching the Fountains

Show times run every half-hour from the afternoon to midnight. The fountains shoot as high as 460 feet on the 8.5-acre lake in front of the resort, choreographed to music. The show lasts about three to four minutes per performance.

The most popular viewing spot is the sidewalk on the Strip, which is wide and step-free. The lakefront promenade inside the property gives a closer angle with fewer crowds; reach it from the porte-cochere by following the signs around the lake's north edge. Both viewing spots are flat.

Visiting the Conservatory

The Conservatory off the lobby is a 13,500-square-foot indoor garden. Displays are rotated five times a year, tied to the seasons and Lunar New Year. Walking paths are wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass, and the floor is polished but level throughout.

Entry is free with no ticket. The Conservatory averages 20,000 visitors daily, so the experience is busiest in the early evening; the quietest visits are mid-morning. Photography is permitted and the lighting is set to favour visitors with cameras.

Tips for visiting

Watch the Fountains from the Strip sidewalk or from the lakefront promenade inside the property. Each spot has a different angle. For wheelchair-accessible viewing, the south end of the Strip sidewalk has the widest space and the fewest pedestrian crossings.

Combine a Conservatory visit with a meal or a quick coffee in the lobby's adjacent cafe to stay in shade during summer. The whole sequence (porte-cochere to Conservatory to lakefront for a Fountains show) is step-free and takes about an hour at conversational pace.
