They deliver to a hotel, home, or arrival airport seven days a week, including Heathrow terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City. Book ahead if you want the chair at arrivals. Manual folding and transit chairs fold for the Underground, buses, and taxis. Electric chairs are not for the Underground.

They deliver to homes, hotels, hospitals, businesses, and airports. Hotel drops go to the front desk if you give the guest name. Airport handovers are after baggage reclaim on arrival, or at check-in on departure. Standard delivery is next day. Same-day delivery is available if you book before 1pm. The British Red Cross hires self-propelled, transit, or bariatric chairs for £22 per week. Delivery and collection is a £35 one-off fee. No deposit and no GP letter. Minimum hire is 1 week. Chairs are standard weight; lightweight models are not available. Call 0300 456 1914. They deliver only to a home address, not a hotel front desk.

NHS Wheelchair Services such as Camden and Islington are for people registered with a local GP who have a long-term mobility need. They are not for visitors and not for use under six months. Hire from the firms above instead.
