Disability discounts in Toulouse

Free entry for you and one companion at the city's two main verified museums with a French disability card, plus the airport and train benefits that apply across France.

Bring your French disability card (CMI-Invalidité) or a foreign equivalent to enter the Musée Saint-Raymond and the Musée des Augustins free with one companion, on presentation of a justificatif. The Toulouse-Blagnac airport PMR counter is free if you ask your airline at least 48 hours before you fly, and SNCF lets your companion travel free on the train nationwide.

How to claim a free or reduced ticket

Carry the original disability document plus a photo ID. At the Musée des Augustins, the desk applies the free ticket on sight for the CMI-Invalidité or an equivalent foreign card. At the Musée Saint-Raymond, the same applies for both the permanent route and the current temporary exhibition. For other Toulouse venues, ask at the ticket desk for the disability tariff before you buy online; rates are often unpublished but applied at the counter.

What's confirmed and what to ask the venue

We verified the discount and the policy text directly on the operator's site for the Musée Saint-Raymond and the Musée des Augustins. For the Couvent des Jacobins, the cloister tariff is 5 €, and the Jacobins site notes free entry sous conditions without listing the categories in scope; ask at the door whether your card is accepted.

The Fondation Bemberg confirms a PMR entrance via the inner courtyard and lift access across all interior spaces, but its public site does not publish a disability-specific rate; the standard adult ticket is 12 euros. The Cité de l'Espace carries the Tourisme et Handicap label for all four disability categories but its pricing pages were blocked to our verifier; check directly before you go.

Pass Tourisme Toulouse

The Pass Tourisme bundles free entry into Toulouse's main municipal museums, including the Fondation Bemberg, the Musée des Augustins, and the Couvent des Jacobins. It's not a disability product, but if your disability card does not unlock free entry at every venue you want to see, the pass is a way to bundle two or three together. Transport on Tisséo is sold as a separate add-on.
