Say you stay in the chair and need a ramp or a lift. TAXA 4x35 vans have a kørestolsrampe or a lift and seats that fold or come out. Cancel a TAXA handicap van at least one hour before pickup or you pay for the empty run (fremkørsel).

Drivers on these trips are trained for wheelchair help. Vans meet operating and safety rules and have movable seats. That is the tourist stay-in-chair option in the ordinary taxi fleet.

You get a fixed price before the trip. A 15% night surcharge applies from 21:00 to 06:00 and is listed on the quote. For airport pickup they ask at least 24 hours. The driver waits in arrivals with your name on a sign.

Harbirk's Bustrafik in Bagsværd runs lift minibuses for municipalities and for private customers. The buses are built for handicap trips and can take several wheelchair users plus helpers in one group. That suits a family or a small group more than a solo cab hop.

Movia Flextrafik handicapkørsel through Københavns Kommune is for people who live in the municipality and meet the city’s eligibility rules. Visitors cannot join that scheme. Book a taxi van or a private lift firm instead.
